How Do Returns Work?
Please place your suit and accessories back in the garment back and return to the store the Tuesday after the wedding by noon. There is no need to clean them--we take care of that for you. We offer hotel pickup for our out-of-town groomsman by request.. You can simply leave your garment bag at the front desk when checking out of the hotel. We just ask that you give us notice of this in advance.
How Can I Get Fitted?
Please schedule an appointment to get measured by pressing SCHEDULE above. Click HERE to find a local formalwear store that will measure you. Then fill out our form below or you can call us at that store to give us your measurements.
If you are an out-of-town renter that cannot be in for a try on until Friday then you are required to use our Direct Delivery option that is $12 additional dollars. Your suit will show up at your house 7 days before the event--this ensures enough time for any adjustments to be made before the wedding.
When Should I Place My Order?
Tuxedos should be ordered 8-10 weeks before the wedding so it is best to book your wedding 3-6 months in advance. Missed this timeline? That’s okay! Just give me a call at the store and we will come up with a plan to get everyone in and get the order submitted!
